The Oxford Downtown Revitalization Plan was created through a collaborative effort between Discover Oxford and the Town of Oxford, aiming to position the community for sustainable growth, development, and improvement of Downtown Oxford. This initiative was made possible by securing a Community Block Grant from the Office of Community & Rural Affairs (OCRA) in 2024, which provided the necessary funding to launch and create the plan. The current Board, composed of dedicated members from both organizations, met regularly to oversee progress, ensure accountability, and guide the plan’s development. Their consistent engagement reflects a strong commitment to enhancing Oxford’s future.
